Information we collect

When you create an account, we store your email address and a securely hashed password. If you apply to a role, we also store the information you submit, a salted one-way hash of your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string. We never store raw IP addresses.

How we use it

Your email address is used to sign you in and to contact you about your account or application. The hashed IP address and user-agent string are used only to detect abuse of our forms.

Where it is stored

Account and application data is stored with Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security enabled. Only our server can read or write it.

Analytics

We use PostHog in cookieless mode. No advertising or tracking cookies are set, no identifier is persisted in your browser, and analytics never receives your email address. We only review aggregate page activity.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except for the service providers named above that store data on our behalf.

Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. We will process the request promptly.
