By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the services.
Who we are
Alfalfa Labs, Inc. is a lab that trains custom models for other companies. The site and any related features are referred to below as the "services". Work we do under a signed agreement is governed by that agreement, not by these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the services. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the services. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, probing or disrupting our systems, scraping at scale, submitting malicious content through our forms, impersonating others, or using the services for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these rules.
Intellectual property
The services, including all models, software, designs, and content we provide, are owned by Alfalfa Labs, Inc. or its licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the services as offered. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us the license needed to operate the services, such as storing and processing your submissions.
Feedback
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
Disclaimer of warranties
The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alfalfa Labs, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to one hundred US dollars (US $100).
Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will survive.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date below. Continued use of the services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
